- 25% rebate and one-time tax waiver on dues
- Additional 1% rebate on digital payments
- One time rebate of 30% is allowed to those property owners who clear all their property tax dues/arrears within 45 days of notification of the rates.
- Rebate of 10% to those assesses who pay their total tax for the assessment year by 31st July of that year.

- Enter your unique property ID or your locality, owner’s name and property address
- Then on the next screen all the tax details will come
- After checking the amount, Click on Pay tab to make the payment online through Credit/debit card, net banking
- After payment it will generate a payment receipt that can be used for future reference.
How to pay property tax offline in Faridabad?
To pay property tax offline, visit the municipal office of your area and submit the property ID along with other required documents to the concerned authorities. The authority will assess the amount of property tax based on your property type, size and usage. The taxpayer can pay the tax after he confirms the property tax. Finally, he will provide you with an acknowledgement for the tax paid. Keep this slip for future references.

Penalty
- If taxpayers evade the property tax, a penalty of the same amount will be levied.
- In case of late payment, interest @ 1.5% per month will be charged.
Exemptions
All land and buildings used for the religious purpose are exempted from paying taxes.
Rewards
- If the house is occupied by serving defence/paramilitary personnel or spouse of paramilitary, families of deceased soldiers/paramilitary/freedom fighters they can get 100% rebate on property tax.
- 100% rebate is available for land use for agriculture.
- State government bodies other than buildings of boards/ corporations/ undertakings/ autonomous bodies can get 50% rebate on property tax.
