You also have an option to visit the bank branch office personally. To place a request through this mode, you must submit a written request for the particular Cheque by mentioning the following details:

  • Date of issuing the Cheque
  • Recipient name
  • Cheque number
  • Amount to be debited through Cheque
  • Details of the account holder

  • Cheque number.

If the organisation issues the stop cheque payment letter, it should be printed with the company letterhead or logo. Along with that, the organisations must also affix their seal on to the letter for identification.
