  • Now, select the Category as 'company' from the drop-down list of Category.
  • Next, fill out the required details such as First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Captcha Code & click on submit button.
  • Provide company registration details, income details & communication address etc.
  • Now, fill in the Assessing Officer (AO) Code, which you can search on the NSDL website.
  • Next, submit the required documentation & pay the requisite fees.
  • You will now receive the acknowledgement number which can be used to track the PAN Card application.
  • Finally, send the acknowledgement number within 15 days of filing application form to NSDL office to the address mentioned below:

Documents Required for PAN Card for Indian Company
