Who Provides a Completion Letter?

The municipal corporation or the local development authority is responsible for providing the Completion certificate. They provide the work certificate after inspecting and finding that the property has been made according to the rules and regulation of the local body.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Project Completion Certificate?

Once the application for the project certificate and all the relevant documents are submitted to the local development body, it inspects and checks whether all the rules and regulations are adhered to. If everything is according to the rule book, then the authority provides the document in 3 - 4 weeks.
