PMAY List 2021-2022

PMAY 2021 new list has already been published on the official website of PMAY. It contains the name of the applicants selected under the 2021 - 22 year. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is comprised of two components, i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY - U) and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural or Gramin (PMAY R/G). Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list, there are two different segments for the two components.

Besides the list of accepted applications, a PMAY list for beneficiaries is also important. The list shows who all can be considered as beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The list of beneficiaries, along with the income groups, is given below.

  • Individuals from scheduled castes and scheduled tribes
  • Women (regardless of caste)
  • Families belonging to the Economically Weaker Section or EWS (income up to ₹ 3 Lakh)
  • Families belonging to Low Income Group or LIG (income up to ₹ 6 Lakh)
  • Families belonging to the Middle-Income Group or MIG l and ll (for MIG l income up to ₹ 12 Lakh and For MIG ll, up to ₹ 1.80 Cr).

How to Check Name in PMAY 2021 New List?

As stated earlier, the PMAY list contains two segments for its two components, i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Rural or Gramin. Both the segments can be accessed via the official website of PMAY, although applicants are required to follow different steps for checking two segments of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list.

How to Check Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Urban List?

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list for the urban segment can be accessed in two ways, which are:

  • By entering the full name of the applicant.
  • By entering the first three letters of the name.

To check the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list, follow the below-mentioned steps.

  • Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
  • On the menu bar, click on the ‘Search Beneficiary’ tab.
  • After clicking the said tab, a drop-down menu appears.
  • Select the ‘Search by name’ option from the drop-down menu.
  • Type the name and click on ‘Search.’

After clicking on ‘Search’, applicants will get access to the PMAY -Urban list. On the list, applicants can check the selected names along with other details.

How to Check PMAY Rural List?

Applicants can access the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list for the Rural segment in the following two ways.

  • With registration number
  • Without registration number.

For both processes, the applicants are required to follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Go to the official website of PMAY Gramin.
  • Click on the ‘Stakeholder’ option on the menu bar.
  • A drop-down menu appears after clicking on the said option.
  • Select the ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ option from the drop-down menu.

Now, for accessing the list using the registration number, one requires to follow these steps.

  • Enter the registration number on the newly opened page.
  • Click on the ‘Search’ button.

For accessing the list without using registration number, one needs to-

  • Click on the ‘Advanced Search’ button on the newly opened page.
  • Fill in the PMAY form with the details.
  • Click on the ‘Search’ button.

After providing the required details, the PMAY list will be shown. From here, only the selected applicants will be able to access further details. Each year, after the applications have been submitted and the beneficiaries have been evaluated, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana new list is published. Applicants can follow the aforementioned simple steps for checking the list.

  • 2021-04-13 : Bank credit rise 5.56%; deposits 11.4% in FY21
    RBI reported that the Bank credit which includes retail loans like home, personal, business, car, two-wheeler, education and doctor loan along with business and mudra loans grew 5.56% to Rs 109.51 lakh crore in the financial year ending March 31, 2021. Further, the deposits include fixed and recurring deposits and rose 11.4% to Rs 151.13 lakh crore.

    ICRA reported that with the increase in housing loan demand in the last quarter the HFCs are likely to witness a growth rate of 6%-8% during the year and 8%-10% in FY2021-22.

    Even as some of the banks have hiked their home loan interest rate, Kotak Mahindra Bank has kept the home loan rate unchanged at 6.65%. The interest rate is applicable for both the home loan and balance transfer product. The bank is aiming to increase its share in the housing loan market.
  • 2021-04-13 : Bandhan Bank’s collection efficiency ratio at 96% in Q4
    Bandhan Bank reported an overall collection efficiency of 96% for the quarter ending March 2021. Total advances which include retail loans like home, personal, business, car, two-wheeler education and doctor loan along with business and mudra loans grew by 21% at ₹87,054 crores. Deposits which includes fixed and recurring deposits grew by 37% at ₹77,972 crores. Further, CASA deposits increased by 61 per cent at ₹33,827 crores.
