Like many other states in India, Madhya Pradesh started digitalizing its land records after the announcement of India Land Records Modernization Program. Currently, the state manages its land record via its online portal MP Bhulekh or MP BhuAbhilekh. On this portal, one can get access to all kinds of land records, be it ownership, size or the market value of the land. How to View Land Records in Khasra/Khatoni/Map in Madhya Pradesh
Step 1: With the digitalization of MP land records, one can view Khasra, Khatuni or maps easily in a few steps.
Step 2: Visit the official website of MP land records https://mpbhulekh.gov.in/Login.do.
Step 3: You will land on the ‘Record record application’ page, containing a digital map.
Step 4: Click on your respective district to proceed further.
Step 5: Once the district has been selected on the map, the page will show two links.
- If you click on this link, www.mpbhulekh.gov.in and it will lead you to another page.
- If you click on this link, http://landrecords.mp.gov.in/then you will proceed to the next step on the same page.
Step 6: Enter the two following details on the page using the respective drop-down menus.
- District
- Tehsil
Step 7: Click on ‘OK’ and it will display a list of villages.
Step 8: Find your village on the list and click on the ‘Select’ link given beside the respective village.
Step 9: The page will require you to provide these following details.
- District
- Tehsil
- R.N.M.
- Light or halka
- Village
- Year
Step 10: Enter the code as displayed on the screen.
Step 11: Click on the option drop-down to select the information you want.
Step 12: Click on ‘Choose’ and the information will be generated on the MP Bhulekh portal.
Remember, after completing the aforementioned process and selecting the information you want to view, the page may ask for details like Khasra no in accordance with the land record in concern.
