  • Visit online EC AC portal at http://www.igrs.ap.gov.in/ECCCOnline/.Now, Click on "Not a member? Click Here", if you haven't yet registered.
  • Next, fill the Citizen Registration Form by entering details such as Name, Mobile Number, Aadhaar, ID, Password etc. and then click on the submit button.
  • Once you have registered on the portal, log in to the portal using your User ID & password and click on Submit.
  • Now, under the Services tab, find the option of Encumbrance Certificate.
  • On the displayed page, enter the following details and click on submit.

    • SRO name or code

  • Finally, click on Print to download the Encumbrance Certificate.
  • In case individuals choose the Signed EC option, they will receive an OTP to the registered mobile number. Use the same to download the signed encumbrance certificate.
