Gurgaon Circle Rates in HUDA Sectors

Government of Haryana (DTCP) has hiked the Circle Rates of Gurgaon for the 2nd time in a row during 2018. The new rates are effective from 9th Apr, 2018, while the earlier rates were revised on 12th Feb 2018. As per the new circular, Gurgaon Circle rates for residential category in DLF 1 and Sushant Lok 1 has been hiked to Rs. 77,000 per sq yard from Rs. 65,000 per sq yard earlier. In DLF 2 and 4 and South City 1, the rates have been hiked by Rs. 7,000 per sq yard from Rs. 65,000 per sq yard to Rs. 72,000 per sq yard. Similarly, DLF 3 and NMC saw an increase of Rs. 10,000 from Rs. 56,000 per sq yard to Rs. 66,000 per sq yard. Check the updated circle rates of Gurgaon in residential areas for FY 2018-19.
