Update : Gurgoan administration has decided to increase the circle rates in the city by up to 90% in some of the posh localities. The new rates are applicable from April 8, 2021, and all the registries will be done as per the revised rates.

Gurgaon Circle Rates in HUDA Sectors

The Gurgaon administration has increased the circle rates in the city for the 2021-22 fiscal. The rates have been increased by up to 90%. The updated rates will be applicable from 8th April 2021. As per the new circular, Gurgaon Circle rates for DLF’s Camellias, Magnolias and Aralias have been hiked to ₹ 25,000 per sq yard from ₹ 20,000 per sq yard earlier. For the group housing, the rates have been hiked by ₹2,000 per sq yard from ₹5,000 per sq yard to ₹ 7,000 per sq yard. Similarly, For flats in group housing societies and plots in licensed colonies, there is an increase of₹ 1,500 from ₹ 3,500 per sq yard to ₹ 5,000 per sq yard.     Gurgaon Authorities have decided to increase the circle rate for some posh localities by upto 90%. For flats in group housing societies and plots in licensed colonies in sectors 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 and 63A, rates have been increased to Rs 5,000 per sqft from the current Rs 3,500 per sqft. The revived circle rate will be applicable from April 8.
  • 2021-02-25 : Gurgaon affordable housing received licensing boost
    State Government has taken measures to boost affordable housing in Gurugram. It doubled the area (from 15 acres to 30 acres) earmarked in each of the 118 sectors. Further, the government has provided a fresh impetus to the licensing of projects.
